Currently serving as a Project Manager/ Career Development Manager at The Toolkit for Skills and Innovation Ltd, he oversees a diverse range of projects, including youth upskilling programs using technology in construction trades, industrial mapping and linkage, and fostering partnerships within key sectors. Previous roles include managing infrastructure upgrades at Base Titanium, supervising connectivity projects for Kenya Power contractors, and serving as Technical Manager at Stepright Products. Over the years, Reuben has demonstrated expertise in safety implementation, team coordination, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on meeting organizational objectives.
