Current Role & Contributions
At Toolkit Skills and Innovation Hub, Michael Ndwiga delivers practical, competency-based training in welding and metal fabrication. He is responsible for instructing, mentoring, and assessing trainees to ensure they meet industry standards. Michael also contributes to curriculum development and collaborates with fellow trainers, curriculum experts, and industry partners to ensure alignment with labor market demands. Professional Background
Michael holds a Certificate in Welding and Fabrication, General Fitting and an Instructor Training Certificate from the Kenya School of TVET. He has developed strong technical and instructional expertise through both formal training and practical experience. Before joining Toolkit Skills and Innovation Hub, Michael was involved in grassroots skills development programs, working with underserved communities to promote vocational education as a pathway to meaningful employment.
