Josephine is a dedicated and skilled Welding Trainer with a NITA Grade III certification and over two years of hands-on experience in MIG/MAG welding and workshop instruction. A graduate of our training program, Josephine brings not only technical excellence to the workshop but also a strong sense of organization, precision, and professionalism.

Known for her attention to detail, thorough approach to work, and ability to follow instructions with care, Josephine is instrumental in coordinating learning activities at our Mombasa campus. Her leadership and commitment ensure that training sessions run smoothly and that trainees receive high-quality instruction and mentorship.

In addition to her technical expertise, Josephine is also a trained sign language interpreter, making her an invaluable asset in fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting trainees with diverse communication needs.
