Esther Liberatta
TRAINER
Esther Liberatta is an Entrepreneurship Instructor at The Toolkit for Skills and Innovation, where she teaches youth in technical trades such as welding, solar energy, and climate-smart agriculture. With over four years of experience in data analysis, training design, and program coordination, she focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that prepare students for real-world challenges.
Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics with Information Technology from Maseno University, providing her with a strong foundation in data management and project coordination. Before joining The Toolkit, she worked as a software programmer, agriculture researcher, and consultant, facilitating entrepreneurship training. She has also supported rural youth and farmers by developing tools for sustainable livelihoods.
Dedicated to closing opportunity gaps for underserved youth, Esther nurtures creativity and collaboration in the classroom. She believes in the power of student-led innovation to drive social and economic change, grounded in the values of equity, inclusion, and sustainability.
